Awesome work everyone! I've done the shred before, and I think I actually like this better. something about the third strength move is a nice extra variety. :) I started a little early, so I started level 2 yesterday.... lots of planks. My ribs are so sore today.

I have had MVP since birth, and had to be on medication as a child and young adult.
