Since I started on April 1st, and have taken 2 days off, today was my first day of the level 2 stretch! :ohwell: I miss level 1 already! Anyone else doing level 2? I have so much trouble with the end... my arms are just not strong enough yet, so I ended up swapping out some plank twists with bicycle crunches.

There are a lot of jumping jacks, lunges, and squats involved in the shred, and in the later levels she gets into plyometrics, like jump squats, which I imagine would be very hard on injured knees. She does try to provide modifications for almost everything, but it may still be difficult. Does that help? Sorry about your…

Day two done! Feeling a little strain in my chest muscles... think maybe I shouldn't have used the 5 lbs on the chest flys yesterday. Stuck to 2 lbs today. :)

Hi everyone! I hope I'm not too late to join... I actually started the Shred on the 1st, but I'd love to keep on with you all, too! :) I've heard that switching up the levels every day works well, so that's what I've been trying so far, just alternating between 1 & 2. Hi everyone! SW: 159.2 Goals: For exercise, I plan on sticking with my pilates and kickboxing classes, and working some elliptical and 30 Day Shred workouts in between, for variety.
