Are you seriously that ignorant?!? You do know that most bodybuilders (I won't even go into strongmen and powerlifters) are considered overweight by BMI standards, right???? Weight= mass... Lean mass and total fat. Weight does NOT simply equal fat.

Eggs are good. Nutrient dense and high in protein. If you are watching cals, eat some with yolks and some whites. But yolks are still good for you.

It looks like you already have your plan... if you wanted some suggestions, just take them. I personally like stronglifts for beginners. but dont monkey with the programming and make it way more complicated than it needs to be.
