For me, it helps to portion things out. I use my scale and measure the exact amount for the calories I want. For example, if I want only a 100 calorie dessert, I figure out how many grams that is and portion that out for myself. Then I put everything away, and I *walk away*. If I still want more in 20 minutes, I tell…

Hiya. I think I can help with this. After a lot of years of looking at what works best for me, my nutritionist and I decided on a goal of 15% protein, 65% carbs, and 20% fat, so I'm where you are with macros right now. It works really well for me. Honestly, all you have to do is log the calories. I've lost a lot of weight…

How much do I share? Everything. But it's on a volunteer basis. I don't get interrogated, and he doesn't do any interrogating. That came out to be a shocking 450 calories. 1/3 of my daily calories isn't "worth it" in my mind. I'd rather have a much more fulfilling meal for that amount of…

I tried it for a while before I went plant-based, and it was a little too restrictive for me. That said, it's a really good program for some people (my Mum loved it). I'm in the same boat as you weight-wise though. I'd love to add you. :-)

Thank you! :-)

I had this with my cats when I had them. Also certain articles of clothing. I'm really not sure what it is about these particular items that causes animals to feel the need to "let go". I started storing mine in the closet and shutting the door. My then Akita decided to rebel in the name of her feline companions, and…
