Hi! Fellow vegan here. I find I actually do better with a high carb diet, but I might be able shed some light here. Seitan, tempeh, and tofu are all really high in protein and are vegan. As an example, 100 grams of seitan is 75 grams of protein and only 14 grams of carbs. I put them on my salads and pair it with dinner.

I personally think it's probably a waste of money, but I've had wheat grass before. It honestly just tastes the way grass smells, and it's pretty powerful. If I was to have a whole shot of it outside of a fruit smoothie, I'd definitely want an OJ chaser.

I'm 5'9", and I'm not sure. Somewhere between 145-165. I naturally carry a lot of muscle in my legs if I work out even a tiny bit, and 150 was getting a bit too small for me back in the day. However, things change, so I'm going to see how I look once I hit 169 and go from there. :-)
