Kiwi is my favorite! It's good in smoothies or just fresh. I also love bananas, grapes, strawberries, and raspberries. :)

Oh, I can relate. I have had those moments of fear and distress because I feel like I have no self control. I still struggle with those things. I use raw spinach... you just put it in the blender with everything else!

I make smoothies with spinach, kiwi, a little yogurt, and water. :) It's pretty good!
