  • I tend to not gain at all when I go on vacations because I am too busy enjoying everything to eat like crap and when I do get hungry I am wanting something protein heavy which is never a bad thing. I think a pound or two gain would be pretty typical up to 5lbs with water rentention... you should totally be fine.
  • I purposely eat lower calorie veggies and less meat so I can have more total volume of food. I also use hot drinks to help make me feel full. Tea, coffee, hot soups and I just said in another threat hot low sodium V8 with a dash of celery salt and hot sauce. Ive also been on a huge salad kick lately but the only problem…
  • I find that most things that SHOULD be good for me are the reason why I am overweight to begin with... but then again I am dealing with health issues too. So boo to that!! But with the V8 I actually forgot about that one!!! I get low sodium variety, throw in a dash of celery salt and some hot sauce and heat it up for a…
  • Cheap, long hours, friendly staff (not clueless teenage punks that are more worried about looking cute and hitting on coworkers) and types of patrons. I have no interest working out with a bunch of bunnies pretending to work out nor do I want to be surrounded by people working on Mr. Olympia contest 1st place either. I…
  • Zumba for the Wii with toddlers is fun and funny LOL Also 2 might be a little young for your area but look into a preschool or daycare co-op. Super cheap, normally only for 2-3 hours AND being a stay at home Mom you can work out on your days not volunteering and work out when you are too! It might be something to look into.
  • Oh god I don't know I eat spicey food every single day... however I have ulcers so that's probably not good lol
  • I am going to yet again renew this thread catwrangler... I would like to know the same darn thing!! Aside from running in a girdle I am not entirely sure how it is possible...
  • I take my "skin color" ques from my 3 year old.... "it's just skin color" Look how different a rose is from a tulip... both flowers. They have different needs, different lineage but they are both flowers. We are all judged by the company that we keep, there is different cultures within the race lines but where you stand…
  • Well I am incredibly vain so I would go with the tummy tuck first.... unless the girls are having from issues defying gravity... and in that case I might go with the reduction. Spend the extra money to get a really good surgeon and take the time to shop around and that should take care of any aesthetic differences. But…
  • love it, all forms...! back hair though... ew!
  • We just had this discussion at my house... I told my husband to stop darn sugar coating shtuff and talk about it like a big boy. If I'm too fat for his taste then by all means tell me!!! There's nothing worse than a stumbling fumbling guy trying to find the right words to be appropriately passive aggressive in trying to…
  • bahaha!! seriously great option there!
  • pizza with hummus... yummy
  • You are very welcome... it's my desktop background. I should put it on my phone too lol
  • My solution was to marry someone who is equally obsessed with my hips... but in a good way. I was curvy before kids but now after two, especially the second one being a boy, I have a BIG ol butt!! I personally love it but that's because I am really obsessed with the pinup style. The more curvy I get the more he can't keep…
  • http://intelli****.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/some_motivation_requiredu2sdetail.png Oh jeeze... of course MFP would bleep that out. The **** is supposed to be d i c k and its not obscene I promise.
  • I do wear it and I do pay attention to how much I am putting on. But thats mainly because I have scent triggered migraines and I would hate to make anyone else uncomfortable because of my perfume. This is why I actually prefer the perfume sticks over the spray. That way I can put a light touch at my wrists, behind my ears…
  • My 3 year old has it on her arms and legs.. baby aveeno oatmeal milk bath. It's new and so far its wonderful!!
  • My doctors have put me on a low carb plan for life... not to lose weight but because they are horrible to my hormones and neurotransmitters. They have told me to substitute everything that I can... the less I feel like I am "doing without" the better chances I will not relapse. So... I will just go by what they have told…
  • I see nothing wrong with it, I've been tempted a time or two to throw my kids in the tub clothes and all lol
  • Hey there! I am not much older than you (I remember 24 like it was yesterday!!) I will be turning 27 this year in November. I just got back on the wagon after a much too long hiatus... and I now have 100 to lose again too... grrr. Anyway!! Here's to supporting fitness pals!!! :drinker:
  • I think it's really interesting how many woman openenly love big guys and how many men are closet "chubby chasers." ... and they say that women worry about what others think of them.
  • Yep I am a crier and I do absolutely nothing about it. They cannot give you a pill to magically balance your hormones and thats most typically what makes women cry. It's not an emotional issue or even a brain chemistry issue. Not when you cry no matter what mood you are in anyway. I mean if you were catatonically depressed…
  • I'm sending you both requests, and this is my second child. I already had one lol My first one was the reason why I started this site the first time just trying to lose weight. This time it's all about me, I'm sick of dealing with hormone, emotional and skin problems because I can't stay away from the darned carbs. I've…
  • Ooooh man... the body type I prefer is extra weight on a well muscled body. Think "world's strongest man" types not stage body builders. Veins are NOT sexy in my book. Nothing grosses me out more in fact. But a big ol lunk of a guy and anything 5' 11" and up.
  • Always Always ALWAYS! I will look it up ahead of time if I can and if not I will try to find a guide there and if that doesnt work then I will look it up with my droid while we wait for our drinks.
  • In my experience, no they do not go away completely.... and unfortunately I do not agree that I am a tiger with well earned stripes. I am a human with a self abused body. Not exactly what I would consider a great token to carry for life. I've heard there are laser treatments that can help.
  • Yay! Congrats! Everyone loves an itty bitty waist!
