So I just wanted to update on some thoughts a week later here... This past week has been really hard... BUT I'm that much more convinced about the body fuel for what I'm asking it to do... I can't be SURE, but I think this past week is when I should have been on my period. I say SHOULD because I've had an ablation last…

I've struggled with my weight ever since I hit puberty and whoa nelly that…

I don't think I would skip a meal... just because I know myself... if I truly feel like I'm starving later I'll say the heck with it and eat what is in sight :-) That said I think you need to REMEMBER this experience and the next time you have an opportunity... either try for a different restaurant, or think about it…

Wacoal... the BEST!!! Completely adjustable... and they don't go ANYWHERE, yet no worries about range of motion. I get mine at Dillards or Macy's etc... had no idea until a sales lady showed me... convinced me to try it... they have a FANTASTIC size selection... and I've gone from a a 36 H now down to a 34 G... they are a…

I aspire to your confidence!!! Keep it up girl... you are rockin…

I can be like this too expecting perfection and it's taken me a LONG time to learn to be flexible in this area... I'm also a very emotional eater... or I would like to say that I WAS... still have to analyze my feelings when the cravings come on... am I stressed, upset, celebrating, frustrated, or am I ACTUALLY hungry???…

It's my understanding that it's calculated in so that you are still at a deficit if you use their guidance. I agree though... I hate eating those calories back because I feel like I'm undoing my "work" when I exercised. That said... if you are honestly hungry and NOT eating emotionally... your body does need fuel and you…

I'm 5' 3" SW 242 CW 221 GW 145-ish... subject to change, but somewhere in there... with ultimate goal to be less than 150 but TONED and that's why I say subject to change... if I can be leaner and toned... great :-) 150 will be the top of the weight goal though. Long ways to go... but given the number of posts in this…

I just stocked up on them! They are my new obsession! I find for us, we make a lot of quick sandwiches on the go... and I use them instead of mayonnaise. SOOOOO much healthier, keeps it from being dry and adds some awesome flavor. Pair the flavor you have with the other toppings... LOVE! I spread the "sweeter" ones on…

I can relate to this quite a bit. My oldest daughter is starting high school and she's wild about volleyball. Today in fact is second day of try outs. Same thing... I have been doing what I can to encourage her, push her to do her best... all the while... WTH am I doing??? Grant it... she has gotten herself in a lot better…

Kids are brutally honest with criticism as well as compliments and boy does it feel good when they speak up in a positive way because you know they really mean it!! WOOT! Awesome!!!

I've made this, as I also found it on pinterest... I modified it a bit. I added a quarter cup more milk (I used Fat Free) and then added a Tbsp of one of my favorite Tastefully Simple seasonings... OMG Good!!! It makes about an average salad dressing bottle amount.... but the entire bottles worth is less than 300 calories.…

Eating out has been one of my concerns. More and more places offer healthier meals and I'm so thankful. Thank you for sharing this... I've been on the lookout for what's best to eat when eating out.

I didn't quit WW to do MFP, but I've done WW twice before... I did have success on WW, but when getting close to goal weight I found it hard to work with the points... and it was so tedious you start to guess a little here and estimate there... and I find that MFP is much more accurate and a lot EASIER. I love having the…
