stc74 - I feel your pain! It is extremely frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything "right" and it's not working....at least on the scale. And yes, I know the scale is just a number.....but it is STILL frustrating! :grumble: So now I'm trying the C25K program....and I will probably periodically pop in the 30DS…

I am officially DONE with the 30 Day Shred. I think it took me 36 or 37 days....not sure....but it's still DONE! YAY! j - my right shoulder is giving me fits too. The "healthy" BMI range for someone your height (5 8 1/2) is 123.5 - 166.9. That's quite a range, huh? I'm 5 foot 8 inches. I just want to get INTO the healthy BMI category! I'm shooting for somewhere between 160 and 165. I was there 14 years ago and felt great!

I finally figured out that if you stop the DVD when you finish (I do it before she even finishes her little talk), when you hit play the next day (or whenver) it will start right from there, and then will take you back to the place where you select the Level you want - rather than WAY BACK to the beginning!
