  • I'm sure you know what I'm going to say - Paleo is supposed to be anti-inflammatory because it gets rid of all of the potential sources of foods you could be allergic to. That being said, you know what your body does and does not "get along with" so I'd say stick to your 1200 cal/day plan and listen to your body! 6-7 weeks…
