Word of advice, take a good pair of walking shoes, it's very much a city you walk around. Don't deny yourself the opportunity to sample the amazing foods on offer, just watch the portions. Have a wonderful time it's a fabulous city.

I read others food diaries looking for meal ideas. I don't feel qualified to comment on friends food diaries. I have my settings set, so that I don't show if my daily food intake is under or over target, I don't think it's relevant.

Just to put the record straight. There seems to be this belief that we use metric system for distance. Hell no that's a French invention. We could NEVER EVER use that. We use feet, yards and miles. Plus others I guarantee you will never have heard of. Lol.

I track all my foods on my ipod touch, that way i dont miss any. Its a real help knowing exactly what your intake of calories are. It came as a real shock to me when i first realised what my daily intake was. Its fun to balance calories in with calories burnt through exercise. Good luck.
