I had the same issue a few years ago, when I would get out of bed in the morning my feet hurt terribly….something that helped me was freezing 2 water bottles (the ones that are indented in the middle) and rolling my feet over the frozen bottles a few times a day. It is not pleasant, but it worked and the pain went away.

I'm in….I lost weight, looked great, now I look like my "before" pic. Started workouts a few weeks ago, getting the food under control, let's do this!

Until I purchased my FT4, I thought I was working out hard.......how quickly I learned that I had to really push myself in order to get the calories burned that I wanted. Wish I had purchased the hrm when I first started here!

I am on my 2nd FT4, have been using over 3 years and find it to be accurate. I'm 5'5" 140 and stay between 115-155 bpm.

I used my Polar FT4 and also carried my iphone to see how accurate the jog log app was. I was surprised how close the counts were, I did this walking in my neighborhood. My husband uses runkeeper on his android, accurate too!

I used to load up my coffee with cream and sugar until I realized how many calories were in it. I put my big girl pants on and drink 1-2 cups of black coffee in the morning to wake me up, instead of drinking a hot calorie laden milkshake everyday!

It Starts With Food is a good read, it stopped me from eating legumes. Stick with greens, they are nutritionally better with less side effects : )

Read the cool whip label, it may stop you from eating it all together. Google it.

On day 4 on the whole30, so far so good. Thinking about not logging anymore and not using my hrm, just to make things a little easier. Love the way I feel, belly is flatter, can hardly wait to see what things look like after 30 days are up!

Just read It Starts With Food, started whole30 yesterday ,no legumes, grains, dairy, or alcohol, for 30 days!

Read the book and started whole30 yesterday, too early to tell if it works. No dairy, grains, or legumes, like the above poster mentioned, the wine is another story, that will be the true test for me : ) It does take some planning with the food, but like you said it is only 30 days, why not give it a try?

That is the only complaint I have about CHX, the same cardio gets kind of old........I like Leslie Sansone's DVD's, they are easy on the joints and you get a good calorie burn from them. I've tried several and have my favorites, there are lots on reviews on Collage Video too.
