I usually try to flash a genuine smile. I have a hard time actually saying anything when caught off guard or when it's a stranger. Usually, even just a smile to acknowledge they complimented you is good enough.

Depends on the guy. If my boyfriend were to shave I would think he looks like an adolescent, not a good look for him. lol In general I prefer some sort of facial hair on a guy, even if it's that scruffy look. :glasses:

They don't really label it as housework. They have "Cleaning", maybe try specific types of housework to see what they have listed. They also have a drop down menu on the Database portion of the Exercise tab. See if something is there.

2001 Ford Focus - Red I still have it! My parents got it for me in 2003, and said "This is the only car we will ever buy you. Take good care of it." I'm very grateful. She's needed some work in the last year because of her age, but sure beats the hell out of having a car payment every month.

I actually did this for lent. It is definitely hard at first. I tried the drink packets you can get for water bottles. Like Crystal Light and Ocean Spray have some. I have a tattoo that covers a lot of my right side, which I got when I was about 90 lbs thinner. It's a tribal tattoo with a bunch of flowers. I'm in the same boat! I started at 315 and I'm looking at a goal of 200. Once I reach that, then I'll re-evaluate if I want to do more. I know it can be done because I see so many awesome success stories! :smile:

I usually do low sugar oatmeal or Greek yogurt. I eat at 7am and usually have a mini snack (fruit) at 11am before eating lunch at 1pm. I hope this helps!
