I think the reason it yelled at you is because you were under 1200 calories, not because you are under in general. With 102 lbs to lose, you might want to think about upping your calories. I too need to lose about 100lbs, and my daily calorie goal is 1660 and I'm losing. Usually MFP only yells at you when you're going too…

My suggestion is to try a lunchtime workout. Hopefully, where you work has a workout room, or hopefully there is a gym nearby. For now my goal is to be down 25lbs by Thanksgiving. I'm down 19 lbs now, so I think 6 pounds in the next month is reasonable. By Christmas I'd like to be down 30-35 lbs, but we'll see with all the festive goodies people try to pass around the office. I'm hoping to stay on track!

Another one I do, if no one has mention it yet, is a rice cake (40 cal - the lightly salted kind) and a tbsp of peanut butter. depending on the peanut butter it's about 135-145 cal for the whole thing. Enjoy!
