Definitely did her a favour. What I think is, if they can't cope with a couple of stretch marks imagine what they'd be like if you ever got seriously ill or where in an accident - you wouldn't see them for dust. So, let's turn this around and say men (and women) like this are ok for a one night stand, but let's not show…

Sounds like a good plan. I go through phases where my exercise is up and I lose more but it worries me! Slow is good, less chance you will 'rebel' against your calorie allowance too. Well done!

Also love Laura! Week 3 session 2 after a false start with shin splints. I am a pathetic runner - if I can do it, anyone can! Go outside and do it though, so much less boring :-)

Hiya, my tip is to replace the car wherever possible, walk/bike to work, shops, out on lunchbreaks etc. If you can do this it soon builds up and if you're lucky and have the distances there means you don't have to make 'extra effort' to get your cardio in! Also I try and get in at least one longer session at the weekend :-)

Bump - to catch up with what's going on later :-)

Hiya, welcome! It's a great place, everyone is really supportive and it's free! I'd just add friends, look at their diaries, increase your exercise - search the forums and post where you need advice, you'll do great :-)
-
Add me if you'd like - I'm on daily :-)
-
Welcome! One last tip - have a good dig in other people's diaries, see the healthy stuff they are eating and then pick and choose what'd you'd like - my diary consists 80% of other people's ideas!

Hiya, please don't take any of this as me being critical, I'm not - just things that are working for me. Diary wise, I'd increase protein to ensure you stay fuller, decreased processed and sugary foods where you can as this will give you the energy spikes that will leave you craving more sugar. Obviously TOM etc throws…

Right now I'm not finding her a funny joke, I did one of her DVDs last night and my right leg has seized up. ;-) She did say that her DVDs are shown illegally on a US exercise channel available free too in case anyone is interested?

This. Despite the annual emotional blackmail at Christmas, it's still the best thing I could have done for me.

I'd just choose the same one and stick to it, when I use the Wii Fit I ignore what it tells me I weigh as I use the work digital scales once a week :-)

No chatting/flirting on treadmills it drives me nuts! Seriously though, have a look at the classes, go out of hours when it's quieter, take a large sports bottle for the water and as said before take a towel - you might want one not just for wiping down your own but other manky people's sweat for when it's too much trouble…

I think that'll be the sauce hun - I just weighed the chicken breast (poached) I had for lunch and it came in as 171. Sorry!
-
Well done!! It's a great plan and I love it too :-)

I've been a few times, the men who go are generally gay or stand at the back for a good look (not realising pencil thin girls in their early twenties are a minority so they are generally disappointed.) I did enjoy it but as I'm really bad with timing etc I spent more time flustering than working out - so I guess it depends…

Oh god, will it ever stop.....hahaha...

Thanks! I'll have a bit of time tomorrow breaking them up into what exercise does what, and I'll be on my way then. :-)
-
No advice from me as I'm just starting out on C25K, but good luck - I can't wait to be where you are! Have fun!
-
Here you go! Looks like it'll be a nightmare for a huffy puffy old lady like me but a good laugh too :-) http://warriordash.com/register2012_london.php

I had size 12 in goal for Christmas, but unless I can get the time out of work to go all out on the exercise I'm going to miss - so just going to try my best and go to maintenance cals for the Christmas week I think :-)

Tesco's and Asda (the big stores) do dumbells and kettle bells if you fancy saving a few quid.

I reported a harmless post because one of the d*cks had posted on it. They were then posting onto their site and getting the others to join in - looks like they were overwhelmed and deleted whole threads rather than the posts, hopefully they'll get bored, they are pretty dense and won't have much of an attention span. If…
