  • I often eat apples - they are low in calories (70-90) and take a lot of work to eat. Also instead of snacking, go for a walk around the block, sometimes after 15 minutes the hunger passes and you've burned a few extra calories instead. Good luck!
  • Don't worry and stick to your plan. Your weight can vary quite a bit depending on the current state of hydration, the food currently in your digestive tract, etc... slow and steady wins the race. Hang in there and don't get discouraged. -john
