Not doing so well, yesterday i ate a ton of icing and a bit of cake and today ive had a huge piece of chocolate cake for breakfast :( , I've had two exams this week so I think it may be just stress eating?

Hi kgeyser, Thank you for all your advice :) I know i don't have too much to lose but I go to the gym 5 times a week and do two sessions of bodypump so hopefully like you say ill be able to shed a few inches and a couple of kilos before i go :)
