Is anyone else getting bored with RI30? For some reason I am...I went ahead and went back to Week 3 for the extra challenge because Week 2 didn't hold my interest. It's not that I'm not getting a good workout--I definitely am--but I'm just bored with the workouts in general, I guess. I feel like 30DS held my attention…

I like the Mango Peach and Fruit Punch flavors.

LOL! I feel the same way about Week 3. I did it yesterday because I was curious (and kind of bored with Week 2, to be honest) and it's ridiculous! I don't mind the duck walks as much as the downward dog pushups. I'm pretty sure I wasn't even doing them properly because I was afraid I was going to fall on my head! I agree,…

Congrats :) That Wii Fit scale is so judgey, ugh!
-
Wow, you look amazing! Good for you :)

Yeah, I definitely don't have fun doing Jillian's workouts, either. They're effective and I know it, but......it's hard to push through it when she's yelling at the screen constantly. :\ I'm in Week 2 right now and I like it more than Week 1, but I hate mountain climbers and plank anything, really. I tried upping my…

sdgirl22--thanks! I'm not too sore today, but I'm going to save the double for another day when I'm feeling extra strong :D
-
LOL. Maybe I'll rethink it then ;) I'm not super sore at the moment but I probably will be by the time afternoon rolls around.
-
Do you think it would be crazy to pull a double today? I did RI30 this morning before work and I think I want to do it again after work...I was really lazy over the weekend and didn't work out, so now I feel guilty and I want to make up for it. I think I can do it.
-
Thanks :D

I've only done three days of RI30 and I am soooooo sore. Normally I do it in the morning before work, but today I didn't...I'm going to do it after work instead. I'm filled with Motrin in the meantime, lol. I'm scared to think that it just gets tougher from here!

I'll join in! I'm starting RI30 this afternoon. I just finished 30 Day Shred this morning (-5 lbs and I'll be taking final measurements at the end of this week). I'm looking forward to starting RI30 since there are 4 workouts instead of just 3. I liked 30DS, but admit that it got a bit boring for me toward the end. What a…

Well, I did it--finished 30DS this morning! I'm going to take final measurements at the end of this week (after my ToM is over). I sort of can't believe that I actually finished. :) Hope everyone else (who hasn't finished yet) is still going strong! :)
-
That's awesome, sculptandtone! I'm thinking of doing a double today so that I can finish tomorrow morning...we'll see :) Congrats on finishing!
-
Congrats on finishing, nowornever3! :) I haven't shredded in three days--I got distracted over the holiday weekend, plus I splurged because yesterday was my birthday. But I'm ready to get back on schedule today, which will be Day 25 for me :) I also have Ripped in 30 ready to go once I finish--Amazon just delivered that…

The first time I did 30DS, I was super sore for three days straight. It really does get better over time, though! I'm on Level 3 and it's totally been worth it. Don't give up! :)

You can make one of those at tickerfactory.com :)
-
I like eatingwell.com--many of the recipes are low-calorie and most of the ones I've made are yummy.
-
Just added you--always happy to find new friends on here! :)

I feel the same way. Level 3 is no joke, but I'd rather do it than Level 2...I think I HATED Level 2 in comparison, haha.
-
I agree with the others--weigh yourself but only once a week. It's nice to see the numbers going down--validates all the hard work that you're doing. It also helps to measure yourself so that you can see the inches you've lost.
-
I've had the chocolate truffle bar--sooooo yummy!
-
Today is Day 20 for me! I've been doing Level 3 for a couple days--I really hated Level 2 and so far, I like Level 3 more since there's fewer plank moves (even though Level 3 is really tough)! Also, I've been struggling a little because my right knee has been hurting...that made jumping really tough, but I've been wearing…

Today is Day 14 (Level 2)...almost halfway there! I'm still doing the beginner moves on this level, mainly because I find the plank moves really tough...my upper-body strength needs some work, that's for sure. But! I'm happy to report some stats (these are my only measurements that have changed, everything else is the same…

Weekly. I used to weigh every day and it turned me into a crazy person! lol I feel less obsessed now.
-
Today is Day 12 for me (Level 2). I'm kind of shocked by how effective 30DS is! I lost lbs last week and this week. And yesterday, I couldn't wait for the work day to be over so I could go home and work out! That's never happened in my life before. Crazy.

I'm a fan of Leslie Sansone also. When I first started exercising, I tried 30 Day Shred first and it was the wrong thing to do for me--I was so out of shape and not ready for it! I switched to Leslie Sansone for a month or so and her DVDs helped kickstart my workouts again. I also like Denise Austin. I did her Quick Burn…

I'm doing the Shred now--today is Day 11 and I'm on Level 2. Have you started yet?
-
I'm 5'4" and I have about 5 more lbs to lose (but I'd really like to lose 10 more).
-
I take rest days, usually on Sundays. Some days I'm just really, really sore and I'd rather take a small break for a day instead of attempting to do the workout and hurting myself.
