Not so good :( I probably need to do mornings because by the time I get home, I am worn out. I didn't even stop running from work and church until 930 last night. So, no excuses, didn't get it done :(

I am starting T25 today. Not sure how to track calories burned, because it isn't listed in "mapmyfitness" app. Any suggestions?
