Hi I am 39 soon to reach 40. This year I want to be 40 and fab and not 40 and frumpy. I have 4 daughters 3 grandchildren and work full time. I need to loose about 2 stone.

Hi. When I put my exercise in on a daily basis I can find it hard to eat all the calories suggested but I justcontinue to log it all and take it from there. There have been some evenings when I could eat an extra yoghurtto keep to the calorie intake but I can't eat when I'm nothungryx

Hi all I've been using this app for about a month. I got to say I think it's great. When I'm out and about I can add the foods in and can make more informed choices of what I want to eat. I usually swim every day so that's my exercise in track it's just making sure that I check calories now. All great fun not one to weigh…
