  • I feel the same way. Frustrated that I am eating healthy and always go over my sugar. But, I was going to weight watchers and they say all fruit and veggies are free, no points need to be counted because fruits are good for you (good sugars). So just keep eating fruit, better than candy. You will lose the weight.

  • I started back in January, but didn't lose any more than 5 pounds. Stopped posting, and decided to try again. I really like myfitnesspal site. I It use to be easy to drop 10 pounds in 2 months when I was younger, now it's so much slower. But will keep my chin up and stay motivated. good luck to all of you.
