I am just getting into starting up my exercise again and I know it is very valuable and I lose the way it makes me feel. I use to get up every morning religiously and walk and riding my exercise bike..

Congrats on the weight loss..I have used this site before and just started up again on March 10, 2015..It does seem to simple to work but I am hoping it will work.. :)
