I went outside and did a jog/walk for two miles. I also jogged my first mile without stopping to walk. :) It was a SLOG, but I did it!

I can slog out a mile in about 14 minutes, if it's a good day. Since we're sheltering in place I'm working on my endurance and speed. :P

We've been on stay-at-home orders for a while, and walking/running outside is fine, as long as you are maintaining social distancing. Grocery stores won't close, so hopefully no one panic buys(but we know they will)

I've been adding in a long walk/jog every day, and started C25K this week. I've been using the extra time to drink more water and work on my goals. I'm staying in more, and forgetting to eat because of WFH. It's still a transition.
