I weigh myself 1 - 4 times a week. Sometimes I do it every day, other days I forget/don't care/ am too tired to try XD. I get up at around 5 AM and walk down to my local gym to work out a few times a week, so on those days I really don't care what my weight is......

The BMI calculator on the website (under Apps) says between 144.1 lbs - 194.7 lbs is where you want to be :) Edit: That's 65.3kg - 88.3kg :)

I'd like to keep my boobs too. Even though I am at my all-time-biggest they are still 36 B. I don't think that we'll be able to keep what we have without surgery unfortunately....here I come bra shopping for A cups XD

I like to get up, have a breakfast bar, go swimming/skating/to a cycling class, come back and have real breakfast XD, go to band practice (i.e. play saxophone :D), and then come back home to a high protein greek yogurt shake :) All of this before 9 AM :D

I want to lose 85 pounds total at about 2 pounds a week. I want to zig-zag because I've heard that it tricks your body into upping your metabolism. I average on 1000 calories of exercise a day. Okay, so just wondering...if I get enough nutrients does it matter where my calories are on the scale? If I try to get as close to 1200 as I can (even if some days I'm at as low as 400 to as high as 1600, but I am getting all the nutrients I need is that better than nothing?
