  • Food combinations work great for me. Combine a hi-quality protein, with good carb & a little bit of fat and you will be satisfied. For example: chicken, broccoli/onion/mushroom stir-fry (tossed in coconut oil or EVOO) & sweet potato. Very nutritious and will keep you full.
  • Your body is trying to tell you something! You are unknowingly producing too much cortisol (stress hormone) thru excessive exercise and your body is compensating by trying to survive. 30-45 min 4-5x per week is just right for the amount of calories you're taking in. Try decreasing to 2 weight sessions, 3-4 cardios (30 min)…
  • Have you tried carb cycling in tandem with your workouts? Do LCHF (hi-fat lo-carb) on days you do cardio or less and HCLF (hi-carb lo-fat) on days you do weights. Trick is to be fat adapted and then upping carbs on certain workout days. Youtube has lots of videos on this. Let me if you want finer details.
