They can whip you into shape in no time, but please make sure that you use the correct form. They are not cheap but I would not trade them. The two handed swing, squat, and get up are a good start. Good Luck!

At the top of MFP there is an APPS tab, select and scroll down until you see the Aria Scale App. I have one and it makes weight logging easy. Good Luck!

I too used the splint at night and it helped tremendously. I also was fitted for inserts and used a frozen plastic water/pop bottle to roll under my foot. I wish you the best in your quest for success!!

I have had one for about 4 months now and it is very motivating. It drives you to attain goals, which leads to becoming more healthy and driving weight loss. I also use in conjunction with MFP and the two do a good job, tracking food(MFP) and exercise on the fitbit. I think it is worth it and it truly is addictive because…
