  • Too many carbs can totally equal the buddah belly. Before you cut too many out - I would wonder if you are drinking your 8 glasses of water a day? Water helps so so so much with the belly.

  • I have what I call 'butch' calves and legs all together... the only things that have made a difference are pilates and yoga. Stretch them out.. think anything that makes you long and lean.
