WTG!!!! Glad you shared your accomplishment with us!! I couldn't run a quarter-of-a-mile this summer because I was so out of shape. Today, I ran 5 miles non-stop. You can do it too . . . just keep on keeping on!!! Don't just prove you ex wrong, make him look like a complete idiot!! Congrats!! :flowerforyou:

Just turned 44 a couple of weeks ago and more health conscience than I have ever been. Improving my diet and started an 8-week long 5K training program about a month ago. Maybe I can turn back time . . . even just a little. ;D
