I agree.. I drink atleast that daily with ease.. I also tend to drink 8-16 ounces of water before each meal --- helps eat within my regular portions.. If you are drinking every couple of hours, meeting the suggested amount for your body weight is pretty attainable.

Wii Fit is a good place to start I think. I think it's important to note that a healthy/fit lifestyle is 80% diet 20% working out.. so although it will help you tremendously to workout... it wont solve the weight issue unless you eat virtually healthy/portioned already.. :).. Hey, I think we are about similar in goal... I started at ... 243 in Feb. I am currently down about 21lbs.. but have about 50 (give or take) to go.. my big goal is also under 200 so I'm going for that next 22 right now!! :) Add me if you want! :)

I never personally felt like I could keep up with Zumba (mind you I only ever tried the one on WII) I'm giving TurboFire a second go(I stopped to do something else).. I'm starting Week 3 tomorrow.
