I am 65, and I was wondering the same thing myself. My thought is that at 70 we begin dying, by 85 most of us will have passed. I do have to wonder if it is time to give up. WHat do you think?

Hi I am 65. I am the oldest person at work, and am unpopular with the new management, who really doesn't know me. I am an "at will" employee. This is stressing me out. Maybe they will fire me, which is not the way I wanted to go out of my 50 years of work life. Feeling sad about this.

Hi, I am 64. I work out lightly for 25 minutes 6 days a week, mostly cardio which I enjoy. 65. To lose weight I have to eat about 1400 calories a day. This seems like nothing, and is hard to do. Yourself?

I just use a digital I bought at a chain store. It does ok. It changes a bit if I place it in different locations on the same floor. I don't mind it.

I sure can get depressed about it. But if it were not the fat, I could name a dozen other reasons to be depressed. The fat is at minimum a diversion from the other reasons. Good lluck

Order a side order of vegetables when we go out tonight (which I did not want to do). Order seltzer water to drink. Forget budget since I wanted to stay home and eat healthier food. Stay in my calorie amount. Don't hold a grudge about this. Relax
