19 days to maybe lose one pound
Today when I woke up I was 1 pound up. Later, after getting bare, etc. I was down 1.4 pounds from the weight I was an hour before. If I am truly down then it has taken me 19 days to lose 1 pound. Hi Pals, I binged and binged and in one month gained back at least all I had lost in 3 months of myfitnesspal. I am too bummed to get on the scale. Something is wrong in the exercise cardiovascular calories burned. For example, it is saying that 25 minutes of low impact aerobics burns 1444 calories. Can anybody fix it?

what are the recommended amounts of nutrients
Under food I get my totals in fats, protein, sugar, carbs, etc. But what are the recommended amounts of each of the nutrients shown in our food tab? I need to know. My blood tests showed I was low in sodium and a bit prediabetic.
