  • I tried that one and it was saying my BMR was like 2200. That's MORE calories than I've been eating for the last year daily. So something's not right.
  • if you look at the chart it'll say (in your case 1300). But then if you notice as you punch in your excersie INTO your daily in will say "you've earned ##### calarories from your workout!" and will subtract it from your total calories consumed.   • Something to keep in mind. Muscle outweights fat. So if your doing a lot of resistance training/walking etc you are going to add muscle to your frame even as you burn fat off.   • Try not to think of it as "I've lost 4 lbs in 4 weeks" but rather "I'm on track to lose 52 pounds this year." That's how I intend to stay sane as I'm working on losing 60+lbs so I'll be at this a while. lol.
