Hi, I had a test a few years ago. It was not very useful because I seemed to be intolerant to nearly everything! So unless I didn't eat then I would be ok...but then be malnourished! My friend went to a nutritionalist which was much more helpful. If I did anything I would investigate this further.

Yes, this is the worst thing to happen! It is bad for your moral. When it happened to me I stayed off the scales for a whole week then weighed in. I did lose then but very slow. It is very hard to keep going.....just keep getting back 'on the wagon' and try to be positive!:flowerforyou:

Hi, I think I am with you on that! How do you maintain your determination through the week. Full of fight on Monday but by Thursday the fridge opens its arms and says "We love you the way you are!" Oh dear....
