From all the reviews I've read and from my own experiences (I've lost about 7lbs in a month and almost 2 weeks), T25 isn't a workout that is going to melt the pounds from your body. It's more important with the workout to lose the inches and tone up. I'd recommend pairing running or other forms of cardio with the workout…

Lost about 3 inches this week combined in both thighs, hips, waist (measured above and below belly button) and bust. No weight loss in sight yet, but definitely can see my body changing with T25. Week 5 (the last week) of alpha starts on Monday! Then its on to Beta phase.

How long have you been doing T25? A lot of people as discouraged because the scale goes up when they begin programs like T25, but its normal... if you stick with it, I've heard a lot of people shed the pounds after several weeks or in transition to the Beta phase even.
