I started checking out other lactose free brands and they are showing about the same amount of sugar as well, so maybe unsweetened soy is other route to try? Thanks!

I hear ya! I can't handle anything that is over salted now! Even trail mix I had yesterday, it was loaded and awful. I'm going to stick to making my own. The only thing I haven't learned to love is salad. I just don't think we'll ever be friends... :)

Hi, I'm a new member as well. I used to exercise all the time but my life/job has changed over the past few years and my exercising was replaced with long work hours and a terrible inconsistency with eating, and eating poorly. But I'm getting back on track and hoping to look great in my wedding dress in October!
