I have looked at your diary too, and come to the same conclusion. I would say that when you want a chocolate, make yourself wait 5 mins before eating it, it makes think a bit more if its worth all the exercise you can squeeze in your already very schedule. As well, i would increase your protein intake and drop your carbs…
