  • It depends on what you are going to lose ( water weight or fat ) , i'm expecting to lose at least 3-4 pounds of water weight , i already lost one yesterday ! , and i'm also expecting to lose 2-3 fat weight because i workout a lot , but i'm not sure about the water weight
  • My mum's salad it contains 1 big tomato 2-3 medium cucumbers 1/2 - 3/4 table spoon of pomegranate paste and one table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and some salt , it is so good btw i lost 1.5 pounds yesterday ( water weight ) i hope you lose weight too ! I wish you the best
