Skin can adapt, the main thing is not to lose weight too quickly as your skin may not be as quick to 'catch up' Other things that help: Skin brushing, exercise - cardio to make you sweat (sweating is great for the skin) and strength training so there is something to hold the skin in place, moisturising daily after shower…

I can't believe you all manage to get up so early, I'm in bed for 11pm and struggle when my alarm goes off at 7am - I don't get out of bed till about 7.45am. I'd much rather do my workout in the morning so it's out of the way instead of doing it when I get back from work.

I do the banish fat and no more trouble zones on alternate days (5x per week). I've lost a dress size in 2 weeks - unfortunately I didn't measure myself but my trousers tell me it's working :)

Hi, I'm 5'8 and 164 looking to lose 24lbs. I'm doing the Sheffield marathon in just under 10 weeks and figure the less I weigh the easier it will be.

I bought the DVD yesterday from Amazon on free delivery so it won't come in time for 1st October, but I'll start as soon as I receive it. I came on here looking for reviews on it to see if it had worked for anyone?? Has it?? Anyone?? I guess I'll see by the end of October.

I'm 5'8, my goal is 147, but my ultimate goal is 140. I would absolutely love to get to 130 but I know I wouldn't be able to sustain this weight long term and would end up one of those yo-yo dieters who have no life because I can't eat out and have take-aways etc. I'm currently 161.

I add it to loads of dishes, fish pie, curry, pasta bake, also as a side dish it's nice sauteed with garlic and olive oil as someone else suggested

Hi, I'm from Sheffield, just signed up today, feel free to ad me. I would recommend Davina DVD's, she has a range out, I like the Super Body workout - 2 workouts, the first is like a body pump class using light weight, the second is aerobic with loads of squats.

I tend to skip starter, order what I fancy from the main course menu & eat it really slowly, savouring every morsel, I then find I don't want pudding.
