1. Appreciate your body for what it does for you. 2. Don't become a diet bore, spend time doing things you love that don't involve food. 3. Eat mindfully (savour every mouthful and don't have any distractions) - this is a proven way to make you eat less. 4. Exercise (in any form) 5. Get rid of stress by any means -…

I'm 5'8 and my goal weight is 140lbs. I'm currently at 157 after losing 16lbs so i'm half way there :)
-
I personally found level 3 a bit boring and less challenging that the other 2 levels. Don't let that put you off though, I've seen amazing results with the whole system.
-
I was just thinking the same, I'd love these measurements.
-
I think you might need to start really appreciating yourself and how wonderful you are right now, the motivation will come after. Good luck and congratulations.x

Hi all, I'm 5'8 S.W. 173 C.W. 157 G.W. 145 U.G.W. 140 I think 145 would be a great achievement for me as it's a 2 stone loss, but I'm greedy and wanna go that bit lower at 140lb, we'll see!! Good luck all you lovely ladies and gents, hope you get your goals.xxx

I lost 14 lbs and stayed the same 36E, I don't mind too much but would prefer to drop a little bit of boob, I always feel a bit pornographic in a low cut top or matronly in a high neck top.

There are loads of different sandwich options, beef, turkey, cheese, ham, cottage cheese, salmon, cucumber, with different salad ingredients on all types of different bread ie wraps, pitta, bagel, muffins. Mixed salads with meat or cheese, cooked rice/pasta/couscous mixed with vegetables or meat or fish, vege quiche with…

Thanks for all your replies. I tried the body fat percentage and according to that I only need to lose a few pounds, I know that losing a few pounds isn't enough so I guess I'll just go with my clothes and general energy levels.

Hi Crazycleo, The superman - although why it's in level 3 is beyond me - helps strengthen lower back and glutes but you must squeeze them rather than just lifting your legs, it also works the hamstrings. I do it on a rug with my yoga mat on top and then I have a layer of fat over my hips and ribs which also helps haha.x

Is anyone still on this? I'm currently on day 4 of level 3 and bored bored bored, come one ladies/gents I need inspiration and reasons to keep going.

I'd lost 7lbs after the first level but I'm not doing measurements until I've completed the whole lot, I complete level 2 today so will weigh myself in the morning to see if I've lost during this level. What I have noticed is that although my waist seems to have shrunk a bit, my bum and thighs seem bigger.
-
I was planning on doing ripped in 30 too once I've finished 30DS, assuming I've got good result from 30DS that is. If not I'd rather work out every other day so I'll get out my other DVD's or go running.
-
I had 2 rest days at the weekend - on fire to get back into it. Will be doing 7th workout on level 2 later.
-
So I completed level 1 in 10 days with a bit of aching on various day, I did level 2 day 1 on Friday and ached like hell on Saturday - also the fact that I was hungover - so didn't do my day 2. Went to the seaside yesterday so was out all day and didn't get the chance to do it again, I hope 2 days rest will make me come…
-
It's day nine today, I shall weight myself after level 1 which I complete tomorrow. I don't feel thinner and my clothes don't appear looser so definitely not doing my measurements until I've completed the whole thirty days. Oh, and thanks for the encouragement, I will push though, I will complete it, don't wanna let you…
-
Is anyone doing a weigh in and measurements after level 1, 2 and 3 or are you all waiting until the whole 30 days is up?
-
I'm losing the will to live, not sure I have the motivation to face another 23 consecutive days of it. HELP!!!!
-
I feel ok, maybe my pecs a bit and when I've been sat for a while and stand up my butt is a bit sore but that goes after a little walk around. I did the workout first thing this morning instead of in the evening which I've done the previous 2 days and found it quite a bit harder.
-
Thanks for the reply, I'll take some tonight on my phone - hope I don't lose it or nobody nicks it, i'd die of embarrassment.
-
