Me too, and congrats! I just figured out I'm pregnant as well and workout intensely so I want to know some good and safe workouts too.

I use a mass weight gainer to help me because I can't eat all day but the one bad thing is it gives you a tummy! You will have to do ab workout or cardio to keep your stomach the same or small.

I normally put peanut butter on a slice of bread and cut up a banana and put it on the peanut butter bread and wash it down with a protein shake. Or even multigrain Cheerios or chex cereal with 2% milk.

Thanks, it's not a lot of skin just a little and I did use cocoa butter and am still using along with the scrub. It's also my second child too because after my first my stomach was fine. I get tired of eating after while. I still need 500 calories and I'm not that hungry.

Be careful with eating junk! I use to do that and it backfired so what I do for quick calories and it's healthy fat is eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich with a cup or 2 of milk.

Me!! I have been doing okay but struggling to gain after 138lbs! I am 5'3

My goal weight is 125-130 and I am 5'4 but I weigh 117 right now. I think I might feel heavy at 130 so once I get to 125 I will see then!
