  • I am also on 1200 cals a day. In the beginning it was hard to find foods to satisfy me and keep me within my calorie limit for the day. On days I go to the gym (3-4 days a week) I get to enjoy an extra nutritious snack or glass of wine at the end of the day. Working in a doctor's office, we get a lot of take out lunches…
