As you aren't getting any suggestions, I'll say omelettes and lettuce wraps. I think low carb diets work because you're cutting out high calorie carbs. As long as it fits in your calorie count, I don't think there's any need for you to cut them down any more.

If you're feeling hungry in the evenings, why not save up some calories during the day to have a bigger dinner? If you're using them all up during the day then try a more filling breakfast. This. As far as I'm aware, food labels aren't required to display iron and lots of them don't. In the product nutrition it will usually say NA, but in your overview it will just appear that you aren't getting the amount that you actually are.

Extra lean mince! It sounds so silly, but shopping for mince I was finding that all of the standard and lean mince packs were nearly 200cal/100g, except for this one extra lean pack at only 123cal/100g.
