Yes! I have been doing it at night after I put the kids to bed for the past two weeks. I had been getting up in the morning before the kids wake (see a pattern here :tongue: ) to do yoga. I agree! I started exercising again after a long break. Start with walking, then increase as you feel your endurance and stamina increase. As the walking starts to feel easier and easier increase your speed. Pretty soon you'll be running again!!:smile:

Okay so it's my birthday....They made a pineapple upside down cake for me at work. :bigsmile: I know my husband is going to want to take me to dinner tonight. Give me some tips on keeping my calories down today!! I'm afraid i'm going to fall off the wagon and I've been doing really good the past couple of weeks!

A good way to start drinking water is to make yourself drink a glass before each meal. Not only will it add to your water total for the day, but it will put a little something into your belly before you eat. Or if you feel the urge for a soda, drink the water first.

Okay so I joined this site somewhere in the vicinity of a year ago, but have never posted. I was a stay at home mom and was really good at keeping track of everything.
