I would talk to your doctor about losing weight. You can, however, start making healthy choices for you and your baby. Eat a well rounded diet with foods from all the food groups. Drink lots of water. Walking is always good! :smile:

5 min of meditation goes a LONG way! I have four kiddos 11,9,8,6 :) Take a few minutes and just breath and clear your mind. If you can get up before them and get your workout in that will help too.

Hello!! As of last Sept i had lost 20 lbs! I quit smoking in Feb and have managed to gain all of that and a couple more back! UGGH! My came over this morning and we exercised......For the first time in MONTHS!! We can do this!! I have recommited myself too!!

Okay so Friday I was to tired to Wii. Sat I did all the strength training, ten min super hula, ten min of boxing and 5 yoga poses so that netted me about 50 min!! It was a good workout!! And Sunday was my rest day!! Im going to do the strength training tonight!!! :smile:

I did my wii workout last night! I did all of the strength training moves and 10 min of boxing. I kept it at that because i had jogged on the treadmill for 30 min earlier in the day. that makes four days in a row!!

I want to join!! I got the Wii fit for Christmas. My goal is to do 30 min a day 5 days a week. I alternate days with strength training and aerobics. I have struggled getting in 5 days a week, but i enjoy doing the treadmill and yoga (not on the wii). I did 30 mins of Aerobics yesterday I love the Super Hula Hoop!!!!!!!!!!!!
