Thanks... I'm on level 2, and going to Cuba in 4 weeks... Guess I'm gonna have to accept that I'll be a little bit chubby on the beach this year :ohwell: seems there is no quick fix or easy way out of this

Thanks hun! I am new to the site so it was nice to get some info from a pro! I am somewhere on stage 5 . I started changing my life style abou10 months ago. I started at 254lbs and now at 212. Its amazing how much alot of water and going to the pool 5 days a week helped! I am now raising my goals to lose more ! You info has been a god sent to help me keep it up! Thanks!0
