Just my opinion but I am finding W4 is harder the W3. Not sure if anyone else feels this way.

Great post I agree with you all the way, these are the same reasons I don't eat back all my excersise cals even though I use a HRM to track my burn. I eat when I am hungry period and small amounts (usually) during the day!

This is exactly what I am Skinny fat... I dropped down to 108 (I am 5' 3") this summer and now I am 112 lbs since I have done 1 round of 30DS and now almost finshed Ripped in 30. Some weight gain has to do with poor diet too! I realize now I need to concentrate not on the scale but on lean muscle tone. Thanks for this…

W4 Day 2 done plus a mini challenge! Round 2 of the carido is really hardcore...burpies plus these plie jump thingys (can't remember what they are called) WOW is all I have to say.

W3 Day 5 done!!! Going to take my day off tomorrow then finish on Sun. I peeked at w4 and OH MY WORD...Just gets tougher, but I like that, it's suppose to get harder!!! I will be doing DVD's and getting outside if I can to either run or walk for now...once snow is here peramently I will be focusing on watching my food intake and continue with the various Dvd's I have. Just order 2 of Bob's DVD's to try!!
