Mine and my husband's definition of cheating is anything with, or involving another, that would cause the other person pain, doubt, mistrust, agony, discomfort, or dishonor. So to answer your question, yes, I believe this is cheating. What's important is how you feel about it and if you feel you can get passed it.

I cannot remember where I read this but I was under the impression that for obese or severely obese individuals it is ok to eat under BMR due to much lower meabolisms and a high fat storage %.

I use wheat bread with 1 slice Kraft 2% American and 1 slice Kraft 2% Swiss inside. I spray the bread lightly with olive oil pam and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Then I brown on both sides in a skillet. YUM!

Love sweet potatoes! I put Tony's spicy cajun seasoning on them. I either bake til french fry crunchy or just cook whole in the microwave. I also love frozen mixed veggies as a side. Grilled asparagus too! :)

I am almost 5'8" (5'7.5"). I am currently 21 weeks prego so my jean size may be a bit off but prior to pregnancy I was a size 6.

I weigh daily to track my fluctuations (high sodium days). But I only record weekly. Always on the same day. I have noticed by tracking daily that my highest weight is ALWAYS on a Tuesday and my lowest is ALWAYS on a Thursday. So I record on Thursdays.

I'm not real familiar with Depo but when I started my weight loss program my period became irregular. I have been on the pill for 15 years and my cycle was like clockwork prior to changing my diet. Doc said that was totally normal and it regulated after a couple of cycles.
