Honestly, I would try and find alternate exercises that you actually enjoy. And like another poster stated- strength training is a great way to switch things up from day to day.

I think it's natural. I am from Cali but moved to Texas when I was 15. I do find that when I am around my heavy accented Texas friends my acquired Texas accent comes out a bit more. When I am around my Cali friends I tend to talk with less of an accent. I don't think it's really thought about, just second nature.

Yep. BC for 15 years. Clockwork cycle. The first 2 months on MFP I was late a week. Doctor said it is completely normal when you change your caloric intake.

It doesn't matter where you log it. Your body does not reset at midnight. Just log it in somewhere. But definitely log it. Eating at midnight does not mean those calories don't count and/or add up.

The silk brand is refrigerated. There are other brands, however, that are not. I drink the Silk brand and it's expiration date is always much longer than that of regular milk. If you drink it pretty frequently I think 6 cartons will be ok.

I'm a 5' 8" and 130 lb female. I ate 1800 cals, 250 carbs, and 75 protein and lost 1.5 lbs/week. To maintain I eat 2000-2500 cals per/day with roughly the same amounts of the others. The dietician's numbers seem a little more realistic than yours. Maybe give it a try? Worth a shot! Good luck!!

Diet gets rid of flab (fat). Toning builds/tones muscle. If you are trying to decrease the flab you need to lose the excess fat around the midsection. If you then want noticable abs you will need to tone them. But no amount of toning will allow you to see your abs if there is a layer of fat over them . Good luck!!

I slice mine and throw it in a skillet with olive oil, bell pepps, onion, and garlic. Sometimes I eat it alone, sometimes I wrap it in a tortilla, other times I place it on top of pasta with a light marinera. :)

My mama has these. Her doc told her that surgery was the last option, as it is a very painful and long recovery. He also said that sometimes it causes additional foot problems. He didn't recommend it unless she absolutely couldn't tolerate walking. She opted to keep them.

I wouldn't think it has anything to do with your diet. Secondary infections are extremely commom (sick once- then reinfected). It happens all the time.
