Itching during cardio is typically due to your blood vessels dilating to allow for more blood flow. Some people itch in their legs. Others their whole bodies. You- apparently your face. No worries. :)

Water is water, flavored or not. Count it.

It's most likely water weight. It happens all the time- fluctuations. You cannot gain muscle being in a caloric deficit (or it is very improbable that is).

Add in a protein shake after your workout. You need those calories hun.

Not true. There is no thing as spot reducing, as in losing weight in one particular area over another. You by all means can tone and strengthen certain areas though. Lifting weights, push ups, and doing pull ups will strengthen and tone your arms. Squats, lunges, and running will help with your thighs. Situps will help…

Get well before exerting yourself. You do not need exercise to lose weight. It does, however, assist in the process AND have a million other benefits. Just stick to your calorie goal and you will continue to lose.

Diet pills typically make you go to the bathroom a lot (makes your food go right through you, thus you absorb no nutrients). This can have damaging effects on your metabolism and on your GI tract. I would avoid them at all cost.

I lost my weight through diet alone. Exercise is very beneficial, don't get me wrong, but it is not the most vital aspect of weight loss- diet is.

Many people lose weight without exercise. I am by no means discounting exercise. Exercise of course has many health benefits but it is not the main ingredient when it comes to weight loss. Diet is. I have read that weight loss is 80-90% diet and 10-20% exercise. I lost my weight in 6 weeks without exercising.

I'm not sure if you do this, as your diary is private, but maybe start eating the non diet foods. I know when I needed to up my cals it was the most obvious answer- stop drinking fat free milk, eating only the egg white, etc. I started eating the whole darn egg and drinking 2 %. Those calories sure added up!

She can do ONE of two things. But NOT both: 1) Set profile to very active and do not log work as exercise OR 2) Set profile to lightly active or sedentary and log work as exercise (walking, etc)

You can customize your goals by inputting how many calories to eat a day. Basically you want to eat 300 more calories starting in the second trimester. I am pregnant too.
