  • Yes! I roasted some the other day with just a little bit of olive oil, a sprinkle of cracked black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. They add a nice crunchiness to salads or even just as a snack between meals :)

  • If I were you I'd probably change my activity level to 'lightly active'. That would include your daily walks to work, then you could continue to log any other exercise that isn't part of your daily routine. That's what I do anyway!
  • Hi :) I'd definitely recommend the 30 Day Shred. I did it for a couple of months last year. I love how you can track your progress through the levels and see how far you've come. I was just thinking about how I should try that again. I'm going for a week in July, I can't wait, I've never been to Italy before either!
